Job Role & Responsibilities:
Perform on-site inspection, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas equipment, including fuel dispensers at retail outlets such as petrol pumps, to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using strong system and process knowledge
Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment while following safety and operational guidelines
Provide technical support to customers, address concerns, and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and safety
Ensure strict adherence to industry safety standards and regulations and identify potential hazards
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications, and submit reports to supervisors
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills, equipment knowledge, and safety awareness
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and project managers for efficient field operations and timely issue resolution
Follow company policies related to quality, health, safety, and environmental protection
