Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role focuses on timely collections, effective communication, and meeting recovery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of outstanding debts and prioritize accounts based on risk and urgency
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and letters to resolve dues and negotiate payment plans
Analyze customer financial data and credit reports to assess creditworthiness and potential risk
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and account status
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales and customer service to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly collection targets and performance metrics
Stay updated on industry regulations, laws, and best practices related to debt collection
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit management, or a related field
Proven experience in collections and recovery
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Good analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent required
Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
